They say there are no updates right now when it comes to #CoreyJohnson and they don’t expect anything for at least another hour.
This an emergency filing for a stay into the Supreme Court now, too. It's focus is on the claim that, because #CoreyJohnson had #COVID last month, subsequent damage to his lungs mean he's more likely to suffer severe pain during a lethal injection.
